Job summary

Abbott is seeking a Clinical Specialist to provide clinical and sales support for the Stroke Prevention portfolio, including Amplatzer, Amulet, and LAA Occluder. You will educate interventional cardiologists, catheter lab staff, and ancillary personnel on product usage and procedural workflows.

Qualifications

• BS/BA or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 6+ years of related cardiovascular work experience.
• Vaccination verification for COVID-19 or accommodation discussion.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Territory Managers to ensure clinical case coverage and outcomes.
• Serve as primary clinical resource for surgical coverage, troubleshooting, and in-service education.
• Educate customers on the merits and proper use of Abbott products and new developments.
• Inform customers of latest product, therapy and technology advancements.
• Engage in clinical, procedural, and technical discussions linking data to messaging.
• Meet with healthcare providers to identify needs and offer feasible solutions.
