Zusammenfassung

IMEG is hiring a Structural Engineering Intern in Idaho Falls, ID for a 10–12 week summer program. You’ll assist in the analysis, design, and implementation oversight of structural systems under the guidance of experienced engineers and consultants.

During the internship you’ll gain hands-on exposure to project research, design documentation, cross-functional coordination, and progress tracking while supporting industrial, manufacturing, and MEP market work.

Qualifikationen

• Completed at least 2 years towards a BS in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering.
• Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Skilled in AutoCAD and BIM software (Revit, Tekla).
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Aufgaben

• Assist with structural design work following code and IMEG standards.
• Support project research and resource gathering.
• Help maintain design notebooks and permanent records.
• Coordinate design and schedules with other disciplines.
• Document design decisions and client instructions during progress.
