You’ll support structural projects from early design through construction, collaborating with engineers, architects, and project managers to meet client goals and stay within budgets. This position is ideal for a 2027 graduate seeking a hands-on start.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of design techniques for steel, concrete, wood, masonry structures.
• Familiar with structural analysis and design software and BIM tools.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a team.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 5% and work in an office setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in design and analysis of structural systems.
• Develop designs, specifications, and calculations per codes and standards.
• Support client interactions by gathering requirements and communicating technical information.
• Build and maintain client relationships through professional communication.
• Collaborate in project teams to meet deadlines and budgets.
