Job summary

IMEG Corporation is seeking a Structural Engineering New Graduate in Idaho Falls, ID (with Las Vegas, NV option) to gain hands-on experience from day one. The role offers mentorship, training, and exposure to commercial and institutional projects across western markets with ESOP ownership.

You will contribute to design, analysis, and project execution, supporting projects from conception through construction while aligning with budgets and client goals.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering (or equivalent).
• Solid knowledge of design techniques and standards for steel, concrete, wood, masonry.
• Proficiency with structural analysis/design software and industry tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist in design and analysis of structural systems using diverse building materials.
• Develop detailed designs, specifications, and calculations per codes and standards.
• Support client interactions by gathering requirements and communicating technical information.
• Help maintain client relationships through professional communication.
• Collaborate in project teams to meet deadlines, objectives, and budgets.
• Participate in project planning, scheduling, and documentation of design decisions.
