Job summary

IMEG Corp. seeks a Structural Engineering New Graduate in Idaho Falls to support design and analysis of structural systems for commercial and institutional projects.

You will work with senior engineers on calculations, details, and construction documents while growing in a collaborative, mentorship-driven environment. You'll contribute from day one within a Western team, benefit from structured development programs, and participate in ongoing research and innovation efforts, with travel up to 5%

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering, or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of structural design of buildings and materials
• Experience with industry-standard design software and tools

Responsibilities

• Assist in design and analysis of structural systems using various materials
• Develop detailed designs, specifications, and calculations per codes
• Support client interactions by gathering requirements and communicating technical information
• Build and maintain client relationships through professional communication
• Collaborate with project team to meet deadlines, objectives and budgets
• Assist with project planning, scheduling, and documentation of design decisions
• Analyze low to medium complexity engineering tasks with senior staff
• Participate in quality control to ensure designs meet standards
• Stay updated on industry trends and innovations in structural engineering
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions
• Support full project life cycle from conception through construction and submittals
• Prioritize safety and ethical conduct
