Jacobs seeks a Structural Engineering Professional Associate for the Northeast region. You will contribute to structural analysis and design, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and help communicate complex requirements on paper and in models.

You will develop and apply design concepts, ensure alignment with IBC/ASCE 7 standards, and mentor junior engineers while supporting project delivery and innovation across projects in the Northeast U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in Structural Engineering
• Professional Engineer License (PE or PEng)
• At least 4 years of Structural Engineering experience
• Experience with US building codes (IBC, ASCE 7, ACI, AISC)
• Experience with Navisworks and Bluebeam
• Experience designing and analyzing traditional steel and concrete structures
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills

• Collaborate with Lead Engineers and Designers across disciplines
