HKA Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Structural Engineer (PE) to join our design team in the Southwest USA. You will perform structural analysis and design for varied projects, collaborating with leads and designers, and taking on responsibilities appropriate to your experience.

Requirements include a Civil Engineering degree with a Structural emphasis, a PE license, and 4+ years of experience with IBC/ASCE/ACI/AISC. US Southwest residency and eligibility to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship).

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in Structural Engineering.
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license — required.
• 4+ years of structural engineering experience.
• Experience with US building codes — IBC, ASCE 7, ACI, and AISC.
• Experience with Navisworks and Bluebeam.

Aufgaben

• Perform structural analysis and design across a variety of project types.
• Apply wind and seismic design provisions per code.
• Review calculations for accuracy and quality.
• Take ownership of assigned structural scope — schedule, budget, and quality.
• Identify scope changes and escalate to the Structural Lead as needed.
• Provide mentorship to designers and less experienced engineers.
• Advance workflows and adopt emerging technologies in the structural discipline.
