Arcadis is seeking a Staff Structural Engineer (PE or Senior EIT) to join our hybrid USA team. The role focuses on leading structural components across sectors, mentoring engineers, and delivering high-quality design solutions with opportunities to progress to senior technical or project leadership.

The candidate should have 6+ years of structural project experience, a PE license or be an EIT planning to take the PE exam within six months, and strong knowledge of US codes (IBC, ACI, AISC) with

Qualificações

• 6+ years of relevant structural engineering project experience.
• PE license or Senior EIT candidate aiming to write PE exam within 6 months
• Bachelor’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering
• Strong problem-solving and initiative
• Excellent knowledge of USA National codes and standards (IBC, ACI, AISC)
• Proficient with RISA, ETABS, BIM tools, Revit, AutoCAD
• Effective oral and written communication

Responsabilidades

• Lead project components with a focus on quality and client satisfaction.
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Develop calculations, plans, specifications, and contract documents.
• Collaborate with EOR to establish codes, loads, and analysis methods.
• Support construction administration including RFIs and submittal reviews.
• Travel for project-related activities and client visits as needed.
