Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Structural Engineer with at least two years of project design experience to join our growing team in the United States. This role offers flexibility to work from an Arcadis office, home office, or hybrid arrangement, with travel possible for project work and client visits.

You will contribute to innovative structural solutions across multiple sectors, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and grow toward senior technical or project leadership roles as your career

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant structural engineering project experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering.
• Engineer in Training certification.
• Working knowledge of USA codes such as IBC, ACI, AISC.
• Experience with Revit software.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Engineer of Record (EOR) to establish codes, loads, analysis methods, and tools.
• Develop calculations, plans, specifications, and other contract documents.
• Assist with Construction Administration duties, including RFIs and submittal reviews.
• Work with engineers, staff, clients, and subcontractors through project life cycle with clear communication.
• Travel for project-related activities such as client meetings and site visits.
