Arcadis, a global leader in sustainable design and engineering, seeks a Structural Engineer with 2+ years of project design experience to join our growing team. You will lead design efforts across manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, technology, utilities, and rail sectors.

In this role, expect collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, opportunities for growth into senior leadership, and occasional travel for project work. Arcadis supports flexible work arrangements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of structural engineering project experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering.
• Engineer in Training (EIT) certification.
• Experience with Revit software.
• Working knowledge of USA codes (IBC/ACI/AISC).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Engineer of Record (EOR) to establish codes, loads, analysis methods, and tools.
• Perform technical work with senior review.
• Collaborate with disciplines, staff, clients, and subcontractors throughout the project life cycle with clear communication.
• Develop calculations, plans, specifications, and other contract documents.
• Assist with Construction Administration duties, including field observation reports, RFIs, and submittal reviews.
• Travel for project-related activities such as client meetings and site visits.
