Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Structural Engineer in the United States with 2+ years of project design experience to join our growing team. This position can be worked from an Arcadis office, home office, or hybrid arrangement, with travel within the United States.

You will contribute to innovative, high-quality design solutions across sectors and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant structural engineering project experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering.
• Engineer in Training (EIT) certification.
• Knowledge of USA codes: IBC, ACI, AISC.
• Experience with Revit software.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Engineer of Record (EOR) to establish codes, loads, analysis methods, and tools.
• Perform technical work with senior review.
• Collaborate with multiple disciplines, office staff, clients, and subcontractors, with clear oral and written communication.
• Develop calculations, plans, specifications, and other contract documents.
• Assist with Construction Administration duties, including RFIs and submittal reviews.
• Travel as needed for project-related activities.
