Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Structural Engineer with 2+ years of project design experience to join a growing, multidisciplinary team in the United States. The role offers a flexible work model including office, home office or hybrid arrangements, and occasional travel within the US.

You’ll contribute to innovative designs across manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, technology, utilities and rail, with opportunities to advance to senior technical or project leadership roles as your career progresses.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recent structural engineering project experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering.
• Engineer in Training certification.
• Strong problem-solving skills with critical thinking and initiative.
• Working knowledge of USA National codes and standards (IBC, ACI, AISC).
• Understanding of and experience with Revit software.
• Effective communication skills - oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Engineer of Record to establish codes, loads, analysis methods, and tools.
• Perform technical work with senior review.
• Collaborate with multiple disciplines, staff, clients and subcontractors across the project life cycle, with clear communication.
