Thomas Young Group in Watertown, MA seeks an entry- to early-career structural engineer to contribute to a range of commercial, institutional, and residential projects. You will gain hands-on mentorship while joining a collaborative team focused on delivering smart, reliable structural solutions.

The role involves assisting with analysis and design, preparing drawings and reports, supporting site visits, and coordinating with consultants and internal teams to progress projects.

Formación

• 0–4 years of structural engineering experience.
• EIT certification preferred.
• Exposure to commercial, institutional, or residential projects is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assisting with structural analysis and design for buildings and other structures.
• Preparing drawings, specifications, and technical reports.
• Supporting site visits and construction observation.
• Collaborating with internal teams and external consultants to move projects forward.
• Working alongside senior engineers and learning through hands-on mentorship.
