Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience in structural design and analysis.
• Familiarity with Revit, Enercalc, and RISA.
• Experience on commercial, educational, or industrial buildings.
• Strong knowledge of structural systems, materials, and building codes.
• Strong communication and collaborative client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Apply structural analysis and design across building materials and systems.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and engineers to deliver sound solutions.
• Develop construction drawings and specifications for new and renovated projects.
• Perform field inspections and assess structural conditions.
• Respond to shop drawings and RFIs to keep projects on track.
• Support multidisciplinary teams through design and construction phases.
