Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering; Master's preferred.
• 4+ years of structural engineering experience, with expertise in building systems, foundation design, and material proficiency.
• Skilled in Revit Structure, RISA, Bluebeam Revu, and hand calculations.
• Strong understanding of IBC and related standards (ASCE, AISC, ACI, etc.).
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to prepare and manage construction documents, specifications, and materials
• Perform structural analyses, design systems using various materials, and verify calculations
• Review shop drawings, respond to RFIs, manage design updates, and oversee site visits to monitor progress
• Contribute to construction administration, including documentation updates and change orders
