Job summary

Thomas Young Group in Watertown, MA seeks an entry- to early-career structural engineer to contribute to a range of commercial, institutional, and residential projects. You will gain hands-on mentorship while joining a collaborative team focused on delivering smart, reliable structural solutions.

The role involves assisting with analysis and design, preparing drawings and reports, supporting site visits, and coordinating with consultants and internal teams to progress projects.

Qualifications

• 0–4 years of structural engineering experience.
• EIT certification preferred.
• Exposure to commercial, institutional, or residential projects is a plus.

What you'll be doing:

What we're looking for:
