Jacobs is seeking a Professional Structural Engineer to work on advanced manufacturing and semiconductor facilities. You will develop design concepts, perform analyses, produce drawing packages, and support client decisions across design through construction.

This hybrid role requires 2 days in-office, up to 25% travel, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Candidates must hold PE/SE licenses and have 2+ years of structural design experience in steel and concrete, with Staad or similar

Qualifications

• PE/SE license required.
• 2+ years structural design experience in steel and concrete.
• Experience with Staad or similar structural analysis software.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and work in a hybrid setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop design concepts and technical studies to support client decisions.
• Oversee production of detailed drawing packages for structures, infrastructure, and equipment.
• Support projects through construction and post-construction client engagement.
• Participate in presentations and client meetings; conduct site analyses.
• Collaborate with consultants and multidisciplinary teams to advance project goals.
