Job summary

Blue Origin Engines is seeking a structural analysis engineer to lead analyses of combustion devices, pressurized structures and heat exchangers across fabrication, testing and operation. You will perform hand calculations and FEA, evaluate bolted joints, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop automation tools for model creation and reporting.

Minimum qualifications include a B.S. in engineering and 2+ years of experience; MS degree is preferred.

• Experience with welded assemblies and bolted joints.
• Knowledge of engineering materials and their applications to structural design.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural analysis of combustion devices, pressurized structures and heat exchangers.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize design performance and durability.
