Job summary

Life Time Inc. is hiring PT-Stretch Specialists to support members with branded Assisted Stretch and Recovery sessions, helping them feel and move better. You will build relationships, deliver safe stretch programs, and provide excellent member service across training and recovery sessions.

The role requires CPR/AED and PT certification, with preferred experience in stretching and mobility coaching. This position emphasizes safety, education, and a positive Life Time brand experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Certified personal Trainer and CPR/AED certification.
• Knowledge of assisted stretching and recovery techniques.
• Ability to perform aerobic activity for a class and lift up to 50 pounds.
• 1+ year personal training experience preferred.
• AIS/FST or similar certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop safe, professional client stretch and recovery programs.
• Lead clients through assisted stretch sessions and recovery techniques.
• Provide education and support to members on stretching and mobility.
• Promote and sell stretch session programs and related services.
• Maintain client documentation and progress notes.
• Stay current with certifications and industry trends.
• Deliver excellent customer service and member experiences.
