Job summary

Life Time Inc. seeks a PT-Stretch Specialist to support members with branded Assisted Stretch and Recovery sessions, aiming to improve mobility and wellbeing. You’ll build relationships, educate members, and uphold Life Time brand integrity.

Your role includes designing safe programs, guiding stretch and recovery sessions, and promoting related services while ensuring excellent member experiences and continued engagement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR and AED certification required.
• Knowledge of assisted stretching and recovery techniques helpful.
• Ability to guide clients through stretching safely during sessions.

Responsibilities

• Develop client programs to achieve goals and retention.
• Lead clients through assisted stretch sessions and recovery sessions.
• Promote and sell stretch sessions and related services.
• Maintain client records and progress notes.
• Stay current with certifications and industry trends.
