Job summary

Life Time Inc. seeks a PT-Stretch Specialist to deliver branded Assisted Stretch and Recovery sessions, fostering happier, healthier lives for members.

You will build relationships, educate members, and support the Life Time Brand through high-quality service. Responsibilities include creating individualized programs, leading stretch and recovery sessions, and promoting services while maintaining accurate client documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR and AED certified.
• Certified Personal Trainer with knowledge of assisted stretching.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional client programs to drive goal achievement and retention.
• Leads clients through assisted stretch sessions using PNF and contract-relax techniques.
• Leads recovery sessions using assisted stretching, Percussion tools, and breathing drills.
• Promotes and sells stretch session programs and other personal training services.
• Documents all aspects of client programming.
