Job summary

Life Time is seeking PT-Stretch Specialists to support members through branded assisted stretch and recovery sessions, helping them move better and feel happier. You will build relationships, educate members, and uphold the Life Time brand through exceptional service.

Responsibilities include designing safe programs, leading stretch and recovery demos, promoting services, and documenting progress while staying current on certifications and industry trends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Certified personal Trainer with CPR and AED.
• Knowledge of assisted stretching and recovery techniques.
• Ability to perform an aerobic activity for the duration of a class and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Develop safe, professional client programs to achieve goals.
• Lead clients through assisted stretch and recovery sessions.
• Promote stretch session programs and other services.
• Maintain client documentation and progress records.
• Stay current with certifications and industry trends.
