Job summary

Life Time offers PT-Stretch Specialists who support members by delivering branded Assisted Stretch and Recovery sessions to help them feel and move better. The role emphasizes building relationships, providing an educational and supportive member experience, and upholding Life Time Brand standards.

Position focuses on leading stretch and recovery sessions using techniques like PNF, contract-relax, and recovery tools, while maintaining safety, training progression, and ongoing credential updates.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Certified Personal Trainer required.
• CPR and AED certification required.
• Knowledge of assisted stretching and recovery techniques required.
• Ability to perform an aerobic activity for the duration of a class and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional client programs that drive goal achievement and retention.
• Leads clients through assisted stretch sessions using techniques like PNF and contract-relax stretching.
• Leads clients through recovery sessions using techniques like assisted stretching, hypervolt percussion, and breathing drills.
• Completes all administrative requirements associated with each client’s fitness plan.
• Promotes and sells stretch session programs and other personal training services.
• Remains current on credentials and continuing education to advance throughout the levels program.
