Job summary

Mercy Care Atlanta is seeking a compassionate Street Team Manager to provide leadership, coordination, and operational oversight for outreach services serving individuals experiencing unsheltered homelessness in the Atlanta area. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, coordinate with Street Medicine clinicians, and ensure trauma-informed care aligned with grant requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in homelessness services or EMS/paramedic services.
• 3–5 years of management or supervisory experience required.
• Experience with street outreach preferred.
• Experience using data management systems such as HMIS, EPIC, or similar platforms.

• Prepare grant reports, support funding proposals, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Drive quality improvement through data analysis and strategic planning.

Employment Type: Full time Shift: Day Shift Description: Position Purpose Mercy Care Atlanta is seeking a compassionate and experienced Street Team Manager to provide leadership, coordination, and operational oversight for our multidisciplinary Street Team serving individuals experiencing unsheltered homelessness. This position leads outreach staff, PATH services, and coordination with Street Medicine clinicians to ensure high-quality, trauma-informed care for vulnerable populations. The Manager plays a critical role in advancing Mercy Care's mission by developing strategic outreach efforts, fostering community partnerships, and ensuring compliance with grant and program requirements.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in homelessness services or EMS/paramedic services.
• Three to five (3-5) years of management or supervisory experience required.
• Experience with street outreach preferred.
• Experience using data management systems such as HMIS, EPIC, or similar platforms.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
