This role is responsible for supervising integrated behavioral health programs, including Primary Care-Behavioral Health Integration models and Parent Support services, while ensuring high-quality, trauma-informed, evidence-based care for children, adolescents, and families. The Children's Behavioral Health Manager serves as both a clinical leader and practicing clinician, providing behavioral health assessments, diagnoses, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions. This position requires direct patient care at least three days per week and participation in community outreach activities, including health fairs and community events several times annually.
