Mercy Care Atlanta is seeking a Social Worker (Senior Behavioral Health Specialist) to enhance patient care through psychosocial assessments, therapy, and integrated care within an interdisciplinary team.
Under the guidance of the Coordinator of Behavioral Health Services, you will perform assessments, provide counseling, manage crisis situations, and collaborate with primary care teams on care management. Bilingual Spanish is strongly preferred.
