Job summary

Mercy Care Atlanta is seeking a Street Team Manager to provide leadership, coordination, and oversight for our Street Team serving individuals experiencing unsheltered homelessness. This role leads outreach staff, PATH services, and coordination with Street Medicine clinicians to ensure trauma-informed care.

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in homelessness services, social services, behavioral health, community health, EMS/paramedic services, public health, or related human services field.
• 3-5 years of management or supervisory experience.
• Experience with street outreach preferred.
• Experience using data management systems such as HMIS, EPIC, or similar platforms.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Position Purpose

Mercy Care Atlanta is seeking a compassionate and experienced Street Team Manager to provide leadership, coordination, and operational oversight for our multidisciplinary Street Team serving individuals experiencing unsheltered homelessness. This position leads outreach staff, PATH services, and coordination with Street Medicine clinicians to ensure high-quality, trauma-informed care for vulnerable populations. The Manager plays a critical role in advancing Mercy Care's mission by developing strategic outreach efforts, fostering community partnerships, and ensuring compliance with grant and program requirements.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.

• Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in homelessness services, social services, behavioral health, community health, EMS/paramedic services, public health, or related human services field.

• Three to five (3-5) years of management or supervisory experience required.

• Experience with street outreach preferred.

• Experience using data management systems such as HMIS, EPIC, or similar platforms.

• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
