Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with 1–2 years heavy equipment experience.
• Valid CDL B with clean driving record; Class A preferred for operated gear.
• Knowledge of equipment maintenance, safety, and construction practices.

Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of heavy equipment and commercial vehicles safely.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections and basic maintenance.
• Assist with excavation, grading, paving, and drainage tasks as needed.
• Manage work priorities, materials, and crew guidance on job sites.
• Ensure safety with traffic control and active roadway operations.
• Support emergency response duties and on-call assignments when required.
