Job summary

EY-Parthenon in Chicago seeks a Senior Associate-Consultant for its Strategy and Execution Deal Technology practice. You will support and execute operational projects, contribute to transaction strategies, and gain exposure to pre-deal and post-deal work, with a commercial mindset guiding client value creation.

The role requires a bachelor’s or MBA and consulting experience, with strong analytical and relationship-building skills and willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or graduate degree with related work experience.
• MBA is preferred.
• Management consulting experience.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data into insights.
• Experience with quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Ability to prioritise on projects and adapt quickly to new challenges.
• Solid negotiation and influencing skills and ability to build relationships.
• Expertise in at least 2 IT skillsets: IT strategy, ERP, cloud, IT security, data separation, etc.

• Assist with execution of projects and development of strategies for transactions.
• Develop experience across pre-deal and post-deal engagements.
