Job summary

EY-Parthenon, part of EY, seeks a Senior Associate-Consultant to support and execute operational projects in the Strategy and Execution Deal Technology practice. You will help with pre- and post-deal engagements, develop value-driven strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver results for global clients.

Ideal candidates bring consulting experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to adapt quickly to new challenges, with a willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or graduate degree with related work experience in consulting.
• MBA preferred for advanced roles.
• Certifications in Agile, ITIL, PMP, Six Sigma, CISSP or CISA are highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Support and execute operational focused projects across sectors for transactions.
• Develop experience across pre-deal and post-deal engagements (separation, integration, etc.).
• Apply commercial mindset to drive value for clients.
