Job summary

EY-Parthenon’s Strategy and Execution Deal Technology practice supports complex transactions with an operational focus, including pre-deal and post-deal work such as carve-out and integration planning. You’ll develop experience across engagements and contribute to client service delivery.

The role offers a hybrid model in the US, exposure to diverse teams, and opportunities to build deep IT and industry knowledge within a leading global advisory firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or Analytics plus 2 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree with ~18 months of related work experience.
• MBA is preferred.
• Management consulting experience.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into insights.
• Quantitative and qualitative analysis aptitude.
• Ability to prioritize on projects and adapt quickly to new challenges.

• Support and execute operational focused projects across sectors.
• Assist with pre-deal and post-deal work including strategy, carve-out planning and integration tracking.
