Job summary

EY-Parthenon, part of EY, seeks a Senior Associate-Consultant for the Strategy and Execution Deal Technology practice to support and execute operational projects across diverse sectors for global clients. You will collaborate with client service teams to develop and implement strategies that drive transaction value and post‑deal integration efforts.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or Analytics and 2 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 18 months of related work experience.
• MBA is preferred.
• Management consulting experience.
• Excellent analytical skills and the confidence to translate complex data into meaningful insights.
• The ability to prioritize effectively on projects and the skills to adapt quickly to new challenges and concepts.

Responsibilities

• Support and execute operational projects across sectors for EY-Parthenon's Strategy and Execution Deal Technology practice.
• Assist in developing and executing strategies for transactions and for client service teams.
• Develop experience across a range of engagements, including pre-deal and post-deal activities, such as integration planning and tracking.
