Job summary

DoorDash for Business is seeking a Manager, Strategy & Operations to shape the strategy for large order fleets, delivery models, and new product opportunities. You will own dropoff quality and experience to grow recurring group orders, while sizing opportunities, validating demand, and partnering with Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Analytics, and Finance.

Reports to the GM for Meal Manager, DoorDash for Business.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in strategy and operations, commercial management, operations, or consulting.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives in a fast-moving environment.
• Analytical thinker who can derive actionable recommendations from data.
• Customer-obsessed mindset across clients, merchants, and dashers.
• Comfort with ambiguity and no need for a playbook.

Responsibilities

• Strategize with cross-functional partners to meet client needs and drive impact.
• Operate at a deep level of detail to enable scalable solutions.
• Build 0 to 1 opportunities and roadmap for large-order growth.
• Collaborate across Marketing, Operations, Product, Sales, Engineering.
• Construct structured plans in ambiguous environments and create playbooks.
• Analyze data to inform hypotheses and align stakeholders.
