DoorDash for Business is seeking a Manager, Strategy & Operations to shape how we build a large order fleet, optimize delivery models, and identify new product opportunities to grow our logistics for complex orders. You will own dropoff quality and experience, critical to expanding recurring group orders.

You will partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Analytics, and Finance to size opportunities, validate demand, and translate insights into a practical roadmap.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in strategy and operations, consulting, or related roles.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives in fast-moving environments.
• Analytical thinker capable of turning data into actionable recommendations; intermediate SQL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own strategy for large-order growth and delivery model improvements.
• Own dropoff quality and experience to expand recurring group orders.
• Size opportunities, validate demand, and partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Analytics, and Finance to guide investment.
