DoorDash for Business in Seattle is seeking a Manager, Strategy & Operations to shape how the large order fleet and delivery model evolve. You will identify new product opportunities, size potential markets, and partner across Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Analytics, and Finance to drive growth.

You will own dropoff quality strategy, work with field teams, and translate insights into scalable plans in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in strategy and operations, commercial management, operations, or consulting.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong analytical thinker who can derive actionable recommendations from complex data; SQL experience preferred.
• Customer-obsessed mindset across clients, merchants, and dashers.
• Comfort with ambiguity; able to strategize without a playbook and plot clear plans.

Responsibilities

• Shape how DoorDash for Business builds its large order fleet and delivery model.
• Identify and size new product opportunities to improve the logistics model for large, complex orders.
• Own the strategy for dropoff quality and experience to expand recurring group orders.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Analytics, and Finance to prioritize investments.
• Lead cross-functional teams to translate strategy into actionable roadmaps.
• Analyze data to inform hypotheses and align partners across functions.
