Job summary

DoorDash for Business is seeking a Senior Associate, Strategy & Operations (Large Orders) in New York, NY, with hybrid/remote options. You will own GTM and onboarding strategy for enterprise customers and merchant partners, building scalable processes and analytics foundations for new Large Group Order product lines.

You will bridge strategy, operations, and cross-functional partnerships to scale growth, automate workflows with AI, and influence product roadmaps while defining and tracking key

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in strategy & operations, management consulting, or high-growth B2B/marketplace environment.
• Track record of owning GTM initiatives end-to-end—from strategy through execution.
• Analytically strong: writes SQL, works with data, distills complexity into clear recommendations.
• Fluency with AI tools to automate workflows, surface insights, and drive faster decisions.
• Clear and influential communicator adaptable for operators, sales teams, and senior leadership.
• Willingness to roll up sleeves and dive into details.

Responsibilities

• Own GTM and onboarding strategy and operations for merchant and customer acquisition.
• Design onboarding playbooks, qualification frameworks, and processes to enable scalable growth.
• Leverage AI to query datasets, automate workflows, and build dashboards with insights.
• Influence the Product Roadmap by communicating customer feedback and data signals.
• Define and track KPIs; build dashboards and reports to keep stakeholders aligned.
