DoorDash is hiring a Strategy & Operations Senior Associate to shape strategy and execution for the Dasher & Logistics team. You will dive into high-priority business problems, using data and customer insights to identify opportunities, test hypotheses, and scale solutions across markets.

You will collaborate with Product, Analytics, Finance and Marketing, learn rapidly, and progress by taking on new challenges. Base salary is localized by location with equity opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in consulting, strategy, financial services, operations, technology, startups or related fields.
• Ability to analyze and synthesize data, balancing quantitative metrics with qualitative insight.
• Strong problem-solving using first principles and proactive experimentation.

Responsibilities

• Investigate problems with a data-driven approach, creating insightful analyses.
• Develop deep knowledge of the problem space and business context.
