EliseAI is seeking a Strategy and Operations, Future Platforms Associate/Sr Associate to found and scale a critical new function. You will own deployment motion design and optimization, partnering with Product, Engineering, Partnerships, and Delivery to drive scalable, measurable outcomes.

You will tackle ambiguity, turning messy processes into repeatable systems, and lead high-impact engagements. Ideal candidates have founder-minded ambition, strong communication, and the ability to influence

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, product management, and/or founder/operator roles at high-growth startups.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Proven ability to design and stand up processes or systems that endure over time.
• STEM degree or equivalent technical background.
• Ability to take ownership and operate autonomously in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Experience managing complex projects end-to-end in client-facing settings.

Responsibilities

• Own core pieces of the deployment motion and advance scale, such as scoping methodology or product requirements pipeline.
• Diagnose motion issues using data, retrospectives, and direct observation; prioritize improvements.
• Plan for scale by modeling future needs and identifying constraining factors.
• Design and drive execution with clear priorities, timelines, and success metrics across teams.
• Carry engagements to stay close to customer realities and validate recommendations.
