Job summary

EliseAI is seeking a Strategy and Operations Manager / Senior Manager for the Future Platforms team to help found and scale a critical function. You will take a core deployment motion from idea to scalable implementation, partnering with Product, Engineering, Partnerships, and Delivery to drive measurable impact.

You will own a defined slice, diagnose where it breaks, design improvements, and drive the changes across teams, while also handling one or two engagements himself/herself to stay

Qualifications

• 3-7 years in management consulting, corporate strategy, product management, and/or founder/operator roles at high-growth startups.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decisions.
• Proven ability to design and stand up processes or systems that kept working after you moved on.
• Strong technical intuition, demonstrated by STEM degree or equivalent technical background.
• Proven ability to take ownership and operate autonomously with strong judgement in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Proven ability to independently manage complex projects end-to-end in a client facing setting.
• Excellent communication and ability to naturally build strong relationships and influence across internal and external stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel ~1x per month for ~3 days.
• Willingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Own core pieces of the deployment motion: take a defined slice and elevate it with standards, gaps, and measurement.
• Diagnose motion bottlenecks using data, retrospectives, and direct observation to reduce timeline, cost, and quality issues.
• Plan for growth by modeling needs at higher volumes and identifying the first constraints.
• Design and drive execution: set priorities, timelines, and success metrics; push changes to stick.
• Carry one or two engagements to stay close to customer realities and keep recommendations credible.
• Shape the product roadmap by turning engagement patterns into prioritized requirements with Product and Engineering.
• Build the team by hiring, onboarding, and codifying what good looks like.
