EliseAI is seeking a Deployment Strategist on the Future Platforms team to found and scale a critical new function, transforming future platform products from early promise to live deployments that drive business impact.

You will own engagement success end-to-end, guide stakeholders, translate goals into concrete requirements, and coordinate with Product and Engineering to ship improvements across multiple deployments.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years running enterprise software implementations or technology transformation programs.
• Proven track record of taking enterprise deployments live.
• STEM degree or equivalent technical background.
• Ability to operate autonomously in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Proven end-to-end project management in client-facing settings.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own deployment success end-to-end across deployments and stakeholder groups.
• Lead discovery, scoping, and decisioning; translate goals into concrete requirements and rollout plans.
• Coordinate multi-deployment efforts; maintain launch readiness and risk tracking.
• Collaborate with product operations, engineering, and training on configuration and data migration.
• Drive change management with client leadership to ensure adoption and impact.
• Inform product development with real-world usage and lessons from engagements.
• Contribute to scalable playbooks and templates to speed future deployments.
