Job summary

EliseAI is hiring for a Strategy and Operations, Future Platforms Associate/Sr Associate to found and scale a critical new function. You’ll own deployment motion design, diagnose bottlenecks, and drive cross-functional change with Product, Engineering, Partnerships, and Delivery.

This role blends strategy with hands-on execution and requires founder-level ownership and comfort with ambiguity. You’ll work closely with senior leadership, lead engagements, and help expand a new platform from pilot

Qualifications

• 2 - 4 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, product management, and/or founder/operator roles at high-growth startups.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• A track record of designing and standing up processes or systems that kept working after you moved on.
• Strong technical intuition, demonstrated by STEM degree or equivalent technical background.
• Proven ability to take ownership and operate autonomously with strong judgement in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Proven ability to independently manage complex projects end-to-end in a client facing setting.
• Excellent communication and ability to naturally build strong relationships and influence across internal and external stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel ~1x per month for ~3 days.
• Willingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Own core pieces of the deployment motion: take a defined slice and elevate standards, close gaps, and measure results.
• Diagnose where the motion breaks using data, retrospectives, and observations to drive deployment timelines, cost, and quality.
• Plan for the next order of magnitude by modeling needs at higher volumes and identifying bottlenecks.
• Design and drive execution by defining priorities, timelines, and success metrics across Product and Delivery.
• Carry engagements to stay close to customer reality and keep recommendations credible.
• Shape the product roadmap by turning engagement patterns into prioritized requirements.
• Build the team by hiring, onboarding, and codifying best practices.
• Move quickly to scale and build something massive.
