EliseAI is seeking a Strategy and Operations, Future Platforms Associate/Sr Associate to help found and scale a critical new function. You’ll take ownership of deployment motion, diagnose pain points, and drive cross-functional improvements across Product, Engineering, Partnerships, and Delivery.

Ideal candidates have founder-minded leadership, data-driven decision making, and a track record of turning ambiguous processes into scalable systems.

Qualifications

• 2 - 4 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, product management, and/or founder/operator roles at high-growth startups.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Proven ability to design and stand up processes or systems that keep working after you move on.
• Strong technical intuition, demonstrated by STEM degree or equivalent technical background.
• Proven ability to take ownership and operate autonomously with strong judgement in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Proven ability to independently manage complex projects end-to-end in a client-facing setting.
• Excellent communication and ability to naturally build strong relationships and influence across internal and external stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel ~1x per month for ~3 days and to work in person at our office 4-5 days a week

Responsibilities

• Own core pieces of the deployment motion and improve scoping, readiness, and product requirements pipelines.
• Diagnose where the deployment motion breaks using data, retrospectives, and observations.
• Plan for higher volume by modeling needs and identifying first breaking constraints.
• Design and drive execution with priorities, timelines, and success metrics across teams.
• Carry engagements and pressure-test recommendations with customer-facing reality.
• Shape the product roadmap by turning engagement patterns into prioritized requirements.
• Build the team by hiring, onboarding, and defining success metrics.
