EliseAI is seeking a Strategy and Operations Manager/Senior Manager to found and scale a critical new function within the Future Platforms team. You’ll own deployment motion design, diagnose issues, and drive scalable improvements across Product, Engineering, Partnerships, and Delivery.

You’ll manage 1-2 engagements directly while partnering with senior leadership to deliver measurable impact. This role requires strong stakeholder management, autonomy, and willingness to work in person at the

• Strong technical intuition demonstrated by STEM background or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Own core components of the deployment motion and scale it across Product and Delivery.
• Diagnose where the motion breaks and prioritize improvements using data and observations.
• Plan for growth, model constraints, and advocate ahead of volume surges.
• Define priorities, timelines, and success metrics; drive cross-functional execution.
• Carry engagements with customers to keep recommendations credible and grounded.
• Shape the product roadmap by turning patterns into prioritized requirements.
