Job summary

EliseAI is seeking a Deployment Strategist on the Future Platforms team to found and scale a new function that moves EliseAI's future platform products from promise to live, adopted deployments. You will drive engagement success, translate customer needs into actionable requirements, and coordinate across Product and Engineering to ship improvements.

This role emphasizes end-to-end ownership, stakeholder management, and building scalable processes to support rapid growth.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years leading enterprise software implementations or technology transformation programs.
• Proven ability to take deployments live with documented outcomes.
• Strong technical intuition from STEM or equivalent background.
• Autonomous, high-judgement work in fast-paced, ambiguous contexts.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects end-to-end in client settings.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building across stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel ~2x per month for 2–3 days and to work in-office 4–5 days/week.

Responsibilities

• Own engagement success end-to-end from late-stage sales handoff to launch and stabilization.
• Translate goals into crisp requirements, workflows, and rollout plans; guide tradeoffs.
• Run multiple deployments, coordinate internal teams and client stakeholders; manage cadence and risk.
• Collaborate with product operations, engineering, and training for deployment readiness and data migration.
• Support change management and align client leadership for adoption.
• Inform product development with real-world usage and customer input.
• Contribute to scalable playbooks and templates for future engagements.
• Assist in sales/discovery and identify follow-on opportunities.
