Job summary

EliseAI is seeking a Strategy and Operations Manager / Senior Manager for the Future Platforms team in a role that blends strategy with deployment execution. You will own and scale how our next-gen platform products move from promise to live deployments across Product, Engineering, Partnerships and Delivery.

Responsibilities include diagnosing bottlenecks, designing scalable processes, shaping the product roadmap, and leading engagements.

Qualifications

• Experience across management consulting, corporate strategy, product management, or founder/operator roles at high-growth startups.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Proven ability to design and stand up scalable processes or systems.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel ~1x per month for ~3 days and work in person 4-5 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Own core portions of the deployment motion, sharpen standards, close gaps, and measure impact.
• Identify bottlenecks in deployment timelines, cost, and quality using data and observations.
• Plan for higher volume, model constraints, and advocate for proactive investments.
• Define priorities, timelines, and success metrics, then drive cross-functional execution.
• Maintain close engagement with customers to validate approaches and keep recommendations credible.
• Translate engagement patterns into prioritized requirements for Product and Engineering roadmaps.
• Help hire, onboard, and ramp new team members, codifying what good looks like.
