EliseAI is seeking a Deployment Strategist on the Future Platforms team to found and scale a new function that moves future platform products from promise to live, adopted deployments. You will influence product and the deployment motion, aligning customer needs with engineering and product strategy.

This role requires founder‑mounded leadership, strong stakeholder management, and comfort with ambiguity as EliseAI scales quickly with autonomy and a hands‑on approach to delivering measurable

Qualifications

• 5–8 years running enterprise software implementations or technology transformation programs.
• Proven track record of deployments live from inception to launch.
• Strongtechnical intuition demonstrated by STEM degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end deployments from late-stage sales handoff to launch and post‑launch stabilize.
• Translate goals into clear requirements, workflows, metrics, and rollout plans.
• Coordinate internal teams and client stakeholders to keep cadence and risk in check.
