Job summary

DoorDash for Business is seeking a Strategy & Operations Senior Associate to pilot and scale product features that transform delivery quality, ensuring every order arrives on time, accurate, properly labeled, and backed by strong options when something goes wrong. You’ll shape the experience for clients, dashers, and merchants across the entire journey, not just a single piece.

You will report into the Manager, Strategy & Operations and can work remotely or hybrid depending on preference.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in strategy and operations, commercial management, operations, or consulting.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives in a fast-moving environment.
• Analytical thinker who can derive actionable recommendations from data; intermediate SQL preferred.
• Customer obsessed and comfortable speaking with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Able to navigate ambiguity and develop plans without a fixed playbook.

Responsibilities

• Experiment with data-driven tests to drive product/feature improvements.
• Partner with product and engineering to sharpen tools that drive quality.
• Build models to evaluate economics and patterns and turn insights into decisions.
• Design and run test plans that measurably improve merchant and dasher quality.
• Collaborate across sales, partner management, operations, product, engineering, and business development.
