Job summary

DoorDash for Business is seeking a Strategy & Operations Senior Associate to pilot and scale product features that improve delivery quality, ensuring every order arrives on time, properly labeled, and supported by strong contingency options.

You will shape the experience for clients, dashers, and merchants across the entire journey, partner cross-functionally to design tests and go-to-market plans, and translate insights into real product improvements in a build-and-launch role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in strategy and operations, commercial management, operations, or consulting.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives in a fast-moving environment.
• Analytical thinker with the ability to deliver actionable recommendations from data; intermediate SQL preferred.
• Customer-obsessed mindset across clients, merchants, and dashers.
• Comfort with ambiguity and rapid learning.

Responsibilities

• Experiment using data-driven decision-making to run tests and lead product/feature improvements.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to sharpen tools that drive quality and scale.
• Analyze economics and patterns, building models to guide decisions.
• Execute test plans and initiatives to measurably improve merchant and dasher quality.
• Partner across sales, partner management, operations, product, engineering and business development to elevate the experience for all stakeholders.
