Job summary

DoorDash for Business is seeking a Senior Associate for Strategy & Operations to pilot and scale product features that improve delivery quality, ensuring orders arrive on time and are properly labeled. You’ll shape the client, dasher, and merchant experience across the entire journey in a build-and-launch role.

You will report to the Manager, Strategy & Operations and may work remotely or in hybrid mode. Base salary is localized and equity opportunities are included along with a comprehensive

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in strategy and operations, commercial management, operations, or consulting.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong analytical thinker who can derive actionable recommendations from complex data; intermediate SQL experience preferred.
• Customer-obsessed mindset across clients, merchants, and dashers.
• Comfort with ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities; can propose a plan without a playbook.

Responsibilities

• Experiment with data-driven tests and lead product/feature improvement efforts.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to sharpen tools that drive quality.
• Analyze economics and patterns to turn data into actionable decisions.
• Design and run test plans and initiatives that measurably improve merchant and dasher quality.
• Partner across sales, partner management, operations, product, engineering, and business development to elevate the experience for merchants, dashers, and clients.
