Job summary

DoorDash is seeking an Associate on the Digital Ordering Strategy & Operations team to own one or more product initiatives from end to end. You’ll define strategy, set key results, and drive execution with S&O, Product, Engineering, Analytics, Implementation, Sales, and Marketing.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, product, or founder-type roles.
• Bachelors degree required.
• Experience taking a product or initiative from inception through launch and into growth.

Responsibilities

• Own product initiatives from end to end with strategy, goals, and business case.
• Lead cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Analytics, Sales, Marketing) to execute launches.
• Analyze data and convert insights from merchants and frontline teams into actions.
• Design and launch zero-to-one tests, pilot AI tools, and automate internal workflows.
• Represent merchants and field teams to influence roadmaps and GTM priorities.
• Scale learnings by codifying repeatable frameworks and enablement.
